Privacy Policy - Melon Pals: Fruit Merge Puzzle

This Privacy Policy explains how H2 Tech ("we", "us") handles information when you play Melon Pals: Fruit Merge Puzzle (the "Game") on iOS and Android.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your real name, phone number, address, contacts, photos or precise location.

1. Information stored only on your device

Your game progress, including coins, scores, unlocked themes, Challenge stars, daily rewards, settings and your leaderboard nickname, is saved locally on your device. We cannot see it. It is deleted when you uninstall the Game.

2. Information we collect

Your leaderboard nickname is public. Other players can see it next to your score. It is generated randomly (for example "Player4821") and you can change it in the Game. Please do not use your real name or any personal information as your nickname.

We never receive your payment card details. Payments are processed entirely by Apple or Google.

When you use the share button, the Game opens your device's share sheet. What you share and with whom is up to you.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Our providers use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA or Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent.

To delete your leaderboard entries or make any other request, email us at h2.tech.helper@gmail.com with your leaderboard nickname. Because we do not know who you are, we may ask for details shown in the Game to confirm the entry is yours. We will reply within 30 days.

7. Children

The Game is suitable for all ages but is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Leaderboard access is restricted by security rules so that only your anonymous player ID can update your own entry. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Game changes. We will post the new version at this address and update the effective date. Significant changes will also be announced in the Game or in the store release notes.

Chính sách này giải thích cách H2 Tech ("chúng tôi") xử lý thông tin khi bạn chơi Melon Pals: Fruit Merge Puzzle ("Game") trên iOS và Android.

Game không yêu cầu tạo tài khoản. Chúng tôi không thu thập họ tên thật, số điện thoại, địa chỉ, danh bạ, ảnh hay vị trí chính xác của bạn.

1. Dữ liệu chỉ lưu trên thiết bị

Tiến trình chơi, gồm xu, điểm, chủ đề đã mở, sao Thử Thách, quà hằng ngày, cài đặt và tên hiển thị trên bảng xếp hạng, được lưu ngay trên máy bạn. Chúng tôi không xem được. Dữ liệu này bị xoá khi bạn gỡ Game.

2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

Tên hiển thị trên bảng xếp hạng là công khai. Người chơi khác thấy tên này cạnh điểm của bạn. Tên được tạo ngẫu nhiên (ví dụ "Player4821") và bạn có thể đổi trong Game. Vui lòng không dùng tên thật hay thông tin cá nhân làm tên hiển thị.

Chúng tôi không bao giờ nhận thông tin thẻ thanh toán. Việc thanh toán do Apple hoặc Google xử lý.

Chúng tôi không bán thông tin cá nhân của bạn. Dữ liệu chỉ được chia sẻ với các bên cung cấp dịch vụ nêu trên, xử lý thay mặt chúng tôi hoặc theo chính sách riêng của họ:

Khi bạn bấm nút chia sẻ, Game mở bảng chia sẻ của máy. Chia sẻ gì và cho ai là do bạn quyết định.

5. Nơi lưu và thời gian lưu

Dữ liệu có thể được xử lý ở quốc gia khác nơi bạn sống. Các bên cung cấp áp dụng biện pháp bảo vệ như Điều khoản hợp đồng mẫu (SCC) khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

6. Quyền của bạn

Tuỳ nơi bạn sống (ví dụ theo GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA hoặc Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân của Việt Nam), bạn có quyền truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xoá dữ liệu, phản đối việc xử lý dữ liệu và rút lại sự đồng ý.

Để xoá dòng xếp hạng của bạn hoặc gửi yêu cầu khác, hãy email tới h2.tech.helper@gmail.com kèm tên hiển thị trên bảng xếp hạng. Vì chúng tôi không biết bạn là ai, chúng tôi có thể hỏi thêm thông tin hiện trong Game để xác nhận đúng là của bạn. Chúng tôi sẽ phản hồi trong vòng 30 ngày.

7. Trẻ em

Game phù hợp mọi lứa tuổi nhưng không nhắm tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi (hoặc độ tuổi tối thiểu theo luật nước bạn). Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân của trẻ em. Nếu bạn cho rằng một trẻ em đã cung cấp thông tin cá nhân cho chúng tôi, vui lòng liên hệ để chúng tôi xoá.

8. Bảo mật

Dữ liệu được truyền qua kết nối mã hoá (HTTPS). Quyền ghi bảng xếp hạng được giới hạn bằng luật bảo mật để chỉ mã người chơi ẩn danh của bạn mới sửa được dòng của bạn. Không có phương thức truyền hay lưu trữ nào an toàn tuyệt đối, nhưng chúng tôi luôn nỗ lực bảo vệ thông tin của bạn.

9. Thay đổi chính sách

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách khi Game thay đổi. Bản mới sẽ được đăng tại địa chỉ này kèm ngày hiệu lực mới. Thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo trong Game hoặc trong ghi chú phát hành trên store.
